February 01, 2010 through to February 28, 2010 there were 11 Single Family Homes Sold. Average Sales Price of $330,606. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 175. During the same time there were 14 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $327,202. Currently there are 61 homes listed sale for sale with the Average Asking Price $329,100.
